RSM seeks a skilled Assurance Senior Associate to join its nonprofit assurance practice. In this role, you will provide exceptional client service and coordinate audits of complex financial statements. Training and mentoring Audit Associates will also be key responsibilities, ensuring effective communication and streamlined workflows within the audit team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely, high-quality client service during audits
• Develop an understanding of client business needs
• Train and supervise Audit Associates on engagements




• Anticipate client concerns and address issues proactively
• Prepare board communications and related client deliverables

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA license or progress toward licensure
• 2–3 years of assurance experience in public accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and auditing tools
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
