As a vital member of the Training Centre Operations at CAE, you'll deliver high-quality training in Fixed-Wing Search & Rescue (FWSAR) operations, utilizing state-of-the-art tools. Your role encompasses developing course material, academic presentations, and evaluating student progress, ensuring adherence to training standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct academic and practical training for aircrew
• Create and develop courseware and instructional aids
• Assess and report student progress and challenges
• Deliver TACCO training using simulators and devices
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary training initiatives
Requirements:
• Canadian citizenship or valid work permit
• Military experience in ACSO, AESOP, or Air Navigation
• Instructional delivery training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit to work in confined spaces
