Reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity, you will shape the identity program for both human and non-human identities. Your expertise will be crucial in automating IAM capabilities such as identity lifecycle and JML, implementing PAM, and establishing Zero Trust standards. Collaborate with technical teams and partners while ensuring secure access management at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop IAM strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Automate identity lifecycle management including AI accounts
• Implement PAM solutions and manage privileged access




• Roll out the IGA platform with defined access controls
• Establish SSO, MFA standards aligned with Zero Trust

Requirements:
• 8+ years in IAM with hands-on experience
• Expertise in IGA platforms like SailPoint or Saviynt
• Strong knowledge of PAM tools: CyberArk or BeyondTrust
• Familiarity with SSO/MFA frameworks like SAML
• Background in audit and compliance reporting
