Roofr is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to own and grow relationships with customers after onboarding. You will guide usage, close gaps between what customers have access to and what they actively use, and coach teams to remove adoption barriers.
You’ll partner with account management, retention, sales, product, and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and sustained value for roofing contractors and business owners using Roofr.
