This is a highly specialized position at the intersection of telecom network analytics, monitoring and probing ecosystems, and AI-driven customer engagements. Based in Mississauga, Canada, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, leading the design and positioning of advanced analytics solutions that address network visibility, service assurance, and operational intelligence challenges.What you will do:Act as a subject matter expert in telecom call flows and signaling, applying in-depth knowledge of 4G, 5G, and IMS network interactions to design analytics solutionsTransform probe data and network telemetry into actionable analytics use cases, including service assurance, customer experience analytics, and network performance insightsDesign end-to-end data architectures spanning ingestion, parsing, enrichment, correlation, streaming/batch processing, and analytics layersAdvance AI-enabled solutions and customer engagements by incorporating machine learning and advanced analytics to enhance network observability and automationProvide hands-on guidance to engineering and delivery teams to support the successful implementation and operationalization of analytics solutionsIdentify solution risks, define mitigation strategies, and continuously develop reusable analytics frameworks and architecture patternsThe skills you bring:Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related fieldExtensive hands-on experience with telecom monitoring ecosystems, including probes and network function integrationsStrong working knowledge of end-to-end call flows across 4G, 5G, and IMS networks, including associated signaling protocols and data formatsDemonstrated ability to translate network events and telemetry into meaningful analytics insights and operational use casesProven experience designing and delivering end-to-end analytics and data pipeline architectures for real-time and operational environmentsHands-on experience with data ingestion and processing pipelines, streaming and batch processing architectures,



and observability platformsPractical experience with AI/ML and Generative AI applications, including deploying and operationalizing models within telecom environmentsSolid understanding of cloud-native architectures, including containers, microservices, and distributed systemsExperience with major public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCPFamiliarity with big data and analytics technologies, including Hadoop, Databricks, Elasticsearch, and VerticaProficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data processing and automationWorking knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code practicesWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. New employees are provided a minimum of 18 days of accrued vacation, plus at least 3personal days, minimum 10 holidays, 1 volunteer day, and sick days. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date.
