Advance your career as the Director of Business Development at BioPharma Services Inc. This remote role focuses on selling clinical services to the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors on the U.S. West Coast.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will promote early-stage clinical services and develop long-term client relationships. You’ll lead the Business Development team to achieve corporate revenue goals, leveraging your expertise in Phase I-IV clinical services and project management. Collaborating with executive teams and managers, your role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and meeting expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell clinical services to exceed sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships within the industry




• Develop strategic Account plans for key clients
• Manage contracts and budget proposals for RFPs/RFIs
• Organize key industry events and conferences

Requirements:
• 5+ years in CRO sales or project management
• Established contacts in pharmaceutical/biotech sectors
• Excellent negotiation and project management skills
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce.com
