Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care to residents
• Conduct health assessments at resident admission

Requirements:
• Master’s of Nursing or equivalent degree
• Completion of NP Field Diploma
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in Long-term Care
