Lead impactful support services as a Team Leader II with Catholic Social Services in Red Deer. Coordinate assessments and service plans for children with developmental disabilities and foster their community inclusion.

In this full time role, you will oversee and implement tailored support services and connect families with essential resources. Bring your minimum of two years’ experience in human services to effectively support individuals with emotional and behavioral needs. Your leadership will ensure day-to-day supervision of front-line employees and vital communication with agency supervisors for service success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate individual assessments and family service plans
• Facilitate connections to social service providers




• Supervise front-line staff and program operations
• Advocate for clients and their families effectively
• Conduct follow-up meetings to assess ongoing needs

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Services or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with behavioral needs
• Supervisory experience is an asset
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification preferred
• Clear Driver's Abstract and vehicle insurance required
