Enhance patient care as a Clinical Dietitian at Sudbury Outpatient Centre. Provide nutrition expertise while supporting patients through individualized care plans and therapeutic instruction.

In this role, you will assess complex nutrition needs and develop interdisciplinary care plans under the guidance of the Coordinator, Diabetes, and Bariatrics. You will manage both inpatient and outpatient dietary requirements, perform nutrition education, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aligning with HSN’s Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop comprehensive nutrition care plans
• Provide therapeutic nutritional instruction for dietary restrictions
• Manage clinical nutrition needs for patients and families




• Lead individual and group nutrition education sessions
• Monitor patient care satisfaction and implement improvements

Requirements:
• Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
• Current Certificate of Registration with College of Dietitians of Ontario
• 1-2 years of clinical experience in health care
• Knowledge of enteral and parenteral nutrition
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Provide valuable nutrition guidance in both individual and group settings for a diverse patient population.
