A hands-on approach is essential as you transition between technical development and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with GTM teams to identify workflow pain points
• Design and iterate Claude skills and workflows to streamline processes




• Prioritize automation projects based on team feedback and impact
• Work with Engineering to develop and integrate complex tools
• Act as the internal AI expert and coach team members on AI tools

Requirements:
• Proven experience with LLMs like Claude or OpenAI
