Key Responsibilities Working Capital efficiency: using sales data, identify and recommend actions to optimize inventory across the Canadian network.
Provide recommendations to place inventory where it could increase turns and retrieve inventory when and where it is no longer needed.
Life Cycle Management: based on Marketing portfolio timelines, retrieve inventory from consignment locations as soon as product lines become obsolete, customer account is closed, or new technology is deployed.
Expiry Management: establish a process to identify expiry risk and take action to retrieve inventory before it expires.
Complete deployments and retrievals of field inventory in coordination with the Supply Planning and Deliver teams in accordance with overall consigned inventory strategy.
Ensure positive relationship and end-to-end alignment with key functions: commercial organizations, local and regional supply chain organizations.
Find opportunities for continuous improvement to be implemented in functional processes.
Responsible for the execution of the SOx controls for inventory in consignment.
Qualifications Education: A minimum of a Bachelor Degree and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or Engineering preferred.
Minimum four (4) years of relevant skilled work experience.
Experience in supply chain.
Strong background in data and analytics.
Strong Financial Competence and strong understanding of impact of Supply Chain in the overall profitability of the organization.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate and engage with multiple partners and at different levels of the organization.
Highly developed organizational skills – able to handle multiple high priority tasks/projects concurrently.
Self-starter and problem-solving mentality.
Preferred Cross-functional experience in Supply Chain in a Medical Devices or MedTech organization.
Experience with consignment inventory, preferrably in hospitals or clinics.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $87,000.00 - $140,300.00
