Based in Canada, Nexans is seeking a Product Design Engineer to report directly to the Engineering Technical Director. This role will focus on mastering CableBuilder and SAP, while managing product development initiatives. You will enhance the offerings of Nexans, strengthening competitiveness by developing innovative cable solutions tailored to market needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Master CableBuilder software integrated with SAP
• Design and modify cables to industry standards
• Participate in industry standards committees actively




• Supervise and conduct cable testing as needed
• Lead product development projects to control costs

Requirements:
• Engineering degree required
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Wire and Cable industry
• Strong knowledge of processing and product standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills for team coordination
• Detail-oriented with robust documentation skills
