Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to support the coordination of Procure to Pay (P2P) activities and project execution processes with a systems integrator

Candidates must be located in Calgary. Candidates will be in-office 4 days/week in downtown Calgary.

Must Haves

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst supporting enterprise initiatives in procurement, payables, inventory, and financial domains

Experience with Procure to Pay(P2P) programs, including creating/updating business processes

Proficiency with MS Project or Azure DevOps

PMP , PRINCE2, or Agile certification

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting software or digital application projects

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field





Experience collaborating with system integrators

Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and priorities

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in rapid-paced environments

Responsibilities

Support the Procure to Pay team by tracking upcoming tasks and work activities

Engage project team members to identify business resources required to complete tasks

Maintain visibility into detailed task progress and highlight schedule gaps

Capture project decisions, actions, and commitments and maintain follow-up records

Coordinate with the system implementor to ensure assigned tasks are completed

Identify delivery risks and elevate issues to the P2P Lead and Program Leadership

Coordinate documentation development to support implementation activities
