Job Summary This is a rare opportunity to join a doctor-owned clinic built on a UK general practice model, led by an owner with around 20 years in UK general practice who has made the move to Canada himself. Full-time earnings are estimated at CAD $600,000-$700,000 (approx. £325,000-£380,000), with LMIAs already approved and patients ready from day one. The Practice Doctor-owned and run on a UK general practice model, with no pharmacy or non-clinical ownership and GPs working as independent physicians. An interim clinic is already running, so you can start seeing patients straight away while the new building is completed over winter 2026/27. A supportive team where doctors cover each other's patients, with nurses and a dedicated EMR specialist planned to take tasks off your desk. On-site specialists planned in internal medicine, paediatrics, gynaecology and psychiatry, plus an attached independent pharmacy.

70/30 fee split as a starting point, negotiable for strong billers and those running special interest clinics.
Choice of LFP or FFS - LFP pays for your time and suits longer consultations, while FFS has no daily patient cap.
Extra income from WCB, private patients and private procedures, which sit outside LFP daily caps.
Robust patient demand, with thousands of unattached patients locally and two nearby GPs retiring within the year.
