YOUR ROLE
Do you want to take part in ambitious projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities? NEUF is looking for an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join its team in Montreal.

Working directly with a partner architect, you will actively participate in residential and commercial projects as part of a collaborative team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Assist the project manager;

Prepare and complete detailed technical drawings and construction plans in compliance with project standards and specifications. (will work on projects in Quebec and Ontario);

Work closely with architects and engineers to integrate modifications and ensure consistency of technical documents;

Develop preliminary plans;

Create and maintain accurate 3D models using architectural modeling software (Revit,



SketchUp, ArchiCAD, etc.);

Check and revise models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements;

Verification of shop drawings;

Carry out surveys and drawings.

Profil
__________________

YOUR SKILLS

DEC in architectural technology;

3 to 5 years of relevant experience;

Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations;

Strong technical knowledge;

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software;
