AtkinsRéalis seeks a skilled BIM Specialist to enhance project workflows and integrate models effectively. This role focuses on collaboration, technical documentation, and managing federated BIM models in a hybrid work setting.

As a BIM Specialist at AtkinsRéalis, you will coordinate the integration of discipline-specific BIM models into project frameworks while ensuring adherence to established standards. You will develop workflows for version management, review models for inconsistencies, and prepare crucial technical documentation in compliance with ISO 19650 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate BIM model integration across projects
• Develop and maintain internal workflows for document management
• Identify conflicts in federated models and facilitate resolutions




• Organize BIM coordination meetings and document outcomes
• Prepare model records and technical documentation as per BEP requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM roles
• Proficient with ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Strong experience with Autodesk Revit for model management
• Familiarity with BIM standards and collaborative processes
