This role involves overseeing the Microsoft Frontier CIE Enablement Program, ensuring effective liaison with Technical Solution Architects. You will manage the train-the-trainer schedule and perform detailed performance monitoring while ensuring seamless CIE delivery through established governance. Coordinating with various teams, your input will fortify relationships and maximize customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow established procedures from opportunity to CIE delivery
• Coordinate the train-the-trainer enablement calendar




• Monitor schedules for CIE deliveries and follow up
• Support leadership reporting for program performance
• Maintain a centralized repository of CIE materials

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in Microsoft partner enablement
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft CIE programs
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Background collaborating with technical teams is a plus
