Program Facilitator is responsible for creating and implementing recreational, educational and therapeutic programs for individuals supported by Reena to enhance life and social skills, community inclusion, foster independence, creativity, and maximize the individuals’ potential.
This role provides services that reflect Reena’s mandate and mission, and will ensure a well standing relationship with all individuals and staff programs. The Program Facilitator will also ensure Reena’sJewish philosophies are well represented within its programming. This role aligns with Reena’s philosophy of community integration and living within a Judaic framework, and will always adhere to Reena’s policies and procedures.
This is a 12-month contract position supporting the FFRR Hub Pilot Project , with an anticipated start date of September 22, 2026 . The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in office and demonstrate flexibility and availability to work weekdays and evening shifts, as required. The schedule may be subject to change based on operational needs.

Shift Schedule:

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (subject to change based on operational requirements)

Hours: Candidates must be available to work either 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. – 9:0p.m.

The specific schedule will be determined based on operational needs.

This position will be located at Frankfort Family Reena Residence (FFRR), 165 Elm Ridge Drive, Toronto, ON M6B 1B5 .
