With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of hands-on experience, you’ll drive cost reduction and improvements within our production process. Key skills include CAD proficiency, project management, and a strong grasp of GD&T; and metal forming processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee tooling supplier APQP activities and die design reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tooling sourcing




• Develop and release standardized RFQ packages
• Support die tryouts and tooling readiness assessments
• Document tooling schedules and supplier performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience
• 3-5 years in high-precision stamping tooling
• Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Valid Ontario issued driver’s license and passport
