In this permanent full-time role, you'll report to the Operations Manager and drive various collection trucks, including Roll-Offs and Front-Ends. Your knowledge of local roads and commitment to Miller Waste's safety protocols will be crucial in efficiently servicing commercial and industrial clients. Adaptability is key, as start times may vary to accommodate schedule changes and ensure continuous service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Roll-Off, Front-End, and Boom trucks safely
• Provide efficient service according to schedules and contracts




• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Assist with residential collections as needed

Requirements:
• Valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence and clean driver’s abstract
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility in work hours, including weekends
• Solid attendance and performance record
