List of Requirements
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record; comfortable driving rental vehicles, including U-Haul moving trucks, when required.
Able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Basic knowledge of tools and minor repairs/maintenance
Strong organizational skills
Able to work independently and manage tasks without constant direction
Reliable, efficient and self-motivated
Robust problem-solving skills
Warehouse, inventory, maintenance, delivery or similar hands-on experience is an asset
Flexible availability is an asset

List of Duties
Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas
Receive deliveries and properly store incoming inventory
Manage event rental inventory, including checking, counting and organizing returned items
Load, unload and move equipment, supplies and rentals
Assist with pickups and deliveries




Complete basic maintenance and handy-person tasks, such as installing shelving and minor repairs
Keep warehouse spaces clean, organized and functional
Identify and implement more productive storage and organization solutions
Assist with event setup, takedown and transportation as needed
Support other operational projects as required
We are looking for a practical, organized and self-motivated person to support our warehouse, events and general operations.
This is a hands-on role that would be a outstanding fit for a jack-of-all-trades type of person — someone who enjoys keeping things organized, knows their way around basic tools, can problem-solve on the fly and is comfortable with physical work.
