Eldorado Resort is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to lead daily operations and elevate service standards at our premium Kelowna property. You will work hands-on with department heads to translate the Owner’s vision into a consistent, personalized guest experience.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in upscale hospitality, a solid F&B; background, and a track record of building high-performance teams while managing budgets and scheduling. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
