to lead a full-service hotel in Vancouver area British Columbia, featuring restaurants and bars. entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility of an independent operation .The General Manager will have overall responsibility for the hotel's operations, financial performance, sales strategy, guest experience, and food & beverage outlets. A major focus of the role will be
growing revenue and profitability. The successful candidate will be expected to be active in the market, develop key relationships, generate current business, and work closely with the team to maximize rooms and F&B; performance.This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys
selling, building relationships, developing people,

sales and business-development orientation
and a track record of generating hotel business.Previous experience as a
General Manager or senior hotel leader
in a full-service property.Experience with a
city-center, urban, or high-volume hotel
in British Columbia or elsewhere in Canada.Strong
food & beverage experience, including restaurants, bars, banquets, or catering.Solid financial and commercial skills, including P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.Experience working within a
branded hotel environment, combined with the ability to operate effectively in an independent setting.A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach and the confidence to be highly visible with guests, employees, clients, and the local business community.Strong leadership skills and a genuine ability to develop and motivate people.Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
