Support a clean and caring environment at Sunnyside Home as a Laundry Aide in Waterloo. This temporary part-time role focuses on laundry operations and housekeeping tasks to ensure resident needs are met.

As part of Sunnyside Home's compassionate community services team, you will be responsible for sorting, washing, and folding laundry while maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. In addition to laundry duties, you will contribute to a warm, person-centred setting, working closely with staff to ensure residents feel cared for and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and process soiled linen and clothing
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned home areas
• Load and unload washing machines and dryers
• Deliver and organize laundry for residents
• Assist with special linen orders for events

Requirements:
• Experience in commercial laundry operations
• Knowledge of cleaning and infection control
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Must pass a tuberculosis test and police check
