As a Housekeeper reporting to the Support Services Manager, you will maintain a clean and safe setting for residents and staff. This role requires performing routine cleaning tasks, sanitizing bathrooms, and keeping common areas tidy. You'll also respond to cleaning emergencies and adhere to infection control policies while ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly and regularly
• Ensure living areas and common spaces are maintained




• Respond to special cleaning requests and emergencies
• Report maintenance issues and unsafe conditions promptly

Requirements:
• Experience in laundry or housekeeping roles is beneficial
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills with residents and team members
• Ability to manage challenging situations with respect
