This role, reporting to the Recreation Manager, requires you to ensure protected transit for residents to medical appointments and recreational events. You will assist during boarding and exiting, conduct vehicle inspections, and maintain records of trips and mileage. Your commitment to person-centered care will help promote residents’ independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the company vehicle safely and in compliance
• Transport residents to various appointments and outings




• Assist residents with mobility aids as needed
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate records of trips and resident attendance

Requirements:
• Valid Class 4 driver’s license with a explicit abstract
• Active CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience with larger vehicles preferred
• Approachable communication skills
• Physical ability to assist residents
