Coordinate the receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials and equipment required for a major industrial construction project.
This is a 100% site-based role, reporting directly to the Construction Manager.
We are looking for a hands-on skilled capable of maintaining constant visibility over materials: receipt, location, condition, and availability for contractors.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate the receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials.
Ensure materials are properly recorded and tracked in Oracle Unifier and InEight.
Manage overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D;) with buyers and expeditors.
Organize storage areas and coordinate the release of materials to contractors.
Plan major equipment deliveries according to construction priorities and lifting plans.
Track rental equipment and contribute to cost control.
