Enhance culinary experiences as a Dining Room Server with Retirement Concepts. Provide excellent service in the dining room, lounges, and room service with a focus on resident satisfaction.

In this role, you will report to the Support Services Manager and oversee all service aspects in a friendly environment. You'll set up dining areas, assist with food preparation, and ensure clean and hygienic spaces. Your interpersonal skills will help promote positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare dining areas by setting tables and stocking necessary items
• Transparent and bus tables, maintaining cleanliness in dining spaces
• Create a pleasant environment to enhance resident dining experiences




• Maintain positive communication with residents and staff
• Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Grade 10 or equivalent education and experience
• 1-2 years experience in dining services an asset
• Food Safe Level 1 and Serving It Right certificates
• WHMIS certification and ability to operate food service equipment
• Pass a criminal record check and maintain good health
