Let’s Cut the BS… You’re not looking for another rinse-and-repeat job.
You want:
A crew that actually knows their trade
Work that keeps your brain and hands busy
A place where you can learn, laugh, and not hate Mondays
This Crew Hits Different We’ve been laying pipe and building careers since 1968 — and people don’t leave a positive thing.
Long-timers who’ve seen it all (and will show you how it's done)
Zero ego, all teamwork — backs are covered here
Real mentorship — not just “figure it out”
Solid crew culture with plenty of laughs on site
You won’t just work here — you’ll level up fast .
The Work (No Two Days the Same) You’ll get a full mix:
Service plumbing — troubleshooting, fixing, keeping things flowing
Commercial builds — from dirt to done
Renos & retrofits — tearing out, upgrading, making it better
Projects across Calgary high-rises, Canmore builds, and everything in between
Reading plans, solving problems, doing it right the first time

It’s the kind of work that keeps you sharp — and on your toes.
Confident in service + commercial
Dependable, skilled, no babysitting required
The kind of person crews actually want beside them
Apprentices Got some hands-on experience
Hungry to learn and get better fast
Not afraid to work hard and ask questions
What Makes You “Our Kind of Person” You don’t stand around — you find work
You own your jobs, mistakes included
You’ve got your crew’s back, period
You want to keep learning (and pass it on)
You take pride in doing it right — not just getting it done
You show up… and make the whole crew better.
Why You’ll Stay Tight-knit crew with real tenure
Constant learning — no stagnation here
Good vibes, good people, lots of laughs
Variety: service, construction, renos — all of it
A company that respects the trade (and the people doing it)
Ready to Get After It? Join a team where:
The work is solid
The crew is better
And the days actually fly by
