YMCA Kids Clubs is hiring a compassionate individual for their arts and recreation programs. As a School Age Leader, you will design and lead activities, guide children, and foster a supportive environment. You'll play a vital role in maintaining safety and a sense of belonging while adhering to YMCA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate programs for children 5-12
• Lead engaging indoor and outdoor activities promoting wellness
• Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers
• Build positive relationships with families and community partners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace

Requirements:
• Minimum 19 years of age
• Experience with children ages 5–12
• Ability to plan inclusive activities
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
