This clinically-focused position requires two years of pre-hospital care as a Primary Care Paramedic. You will bring your skills in emergency response, patient relations, and culturally sensitive care to a supportive setting. Fluency in an Indigenous language or experience with diverse communities is an asset, enriching the service provided to all Manitobans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-hospital care to patients in emergency situations
• Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment
• Collaborate with health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Primary Care Paramedic program
• Valid Certificate of Practice with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba
• Current Class IV Manitoba driver’s license
• Completion of Basic and Advanced Life Support certifications
• Physical Fitness Assessment completion required
