Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team is looking for an Account Manager to join their pool in Toronto, Ontario . This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and client relationships — someone who can translate marketing goals into measurable results using Google's full suite of advertising solutions .
Day-to-day, you'll be working closely with major brands and agencies, leading strategic conversations, building data-driven pitches, and managing campaigns across Search, YouTube, and beyond . About the Role: Account Manager, LCS Pool As an Account Manager on the LCS team, you'll act as a strategic partner to some of the world's leading brands and agencies. Your work will directly influence how these businesses think about digital advertising and how Google can accelerate their growth. You'll be expected to move with agility, identify opportunities, and consistently deliver outcomes that matter — both for your clients and for Google.
This role demands strong collaboration across internal teams and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. You'll work within a complex, matrixed organization, which means building relationships and navigating stakeholders is just as significant as hitting your numbers. Account hygiene, pipeline development , and a results-oriented mindset are all part of the job.
Benefits and Salary This position offers a competitive salary range of $114,000 – $116,000 CAD per year ,

Responsibilities In this role, you'll be the strategic link between Google's advertising solutions and the marketing objectives of major clients. Your responsibilities span relationship management, campaign strategy, data analysis, and revenue growth — all working together to deliver real, measurable impact for the businesses you support.
Lead strategic meetings with key customer stakeholders to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies
Drive campaign results by quantifying business impact and demonstrating value to customers while maintaining account hygiene
Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google's advertising solutions, handle objections, and achieve sales growth targets
Analyse campaign data to ensure performance is accurately tracked and deliver measurable results aligned with customer objectives
Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline
Requirements / Skills Google is looking for someone who combines sales acumen with a genuine understanding of digital marketing and performance advertising . The ideal candidate is analytically minded, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across a fast-moving, complex organization.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting
2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization (preferred)
1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies (preferred)
Google Ads platform experience , including campaign management and performance advertising across search and YouTube (preferred)
Data and analytics proficiency to drive decision making and a solid understanding of marketing measurement (preferred)
Multitasking ability across multiple projects, sales leads, and internal stakeholders (preferred)
Account management skills to identify cross-selling and upsell opportunities within the existing account base (preferred)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, and 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
