Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Maximo (MAS) Functional Analyst (5+ years) to implement and configure IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Manage for enterprise asset management processes.

Join a large-scale enterprise asset management modernization initiative supporting public transit operations. This role focuses on functional analysis, process design, and delivery of IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Manage and related modules across asset lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, inventory, procurement, and Asset Condition Management (ACM). The consultant will work closely with operational stakeholders and technical teams to deliver production-ready functional specifications and configurations aligned to enterprise asset management standards.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Working Hours: EST

Must Haves

5+ years as a IBM Maximo functional analyst supporting MAS 8.x/9.x and Maximo 7.6.1+

Hands-on delivery of MAS Manage implementations within large-scale asset-intensive environments

EAM business processes including Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Assets, Inventory, and Procurement

Asset Condition Management (ACM) including condition monitoring, meter groups, and condition-based maintenance strategies

Nice to Have

Data migration planning, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation support

MAS configuration concepts including workflows, escalations, domains, and security groups

Responsibilities





Lead business requirements workshops with SMEs and operational stakeholders

Elicit, document, and validate functional requirements for MAS Manage and related modules

Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis for EAM business processes

Perform gap analysis between existing processes and MAS Manage capabilities

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration design documents

Support functional design and validation of Predict, Health, and Asset Condition Management (ACM)

Track defects and issues arising from testing and coordinate resolution with technical teams
