Job Duties

Provide medical leadership and oversight of the veterinary team

Develop and uphold medical protocols and best practices

Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care

Mentor, coach, and inspire veterinarians and support staff

Partner closely with the Hospital Manager on budgeting, financial performance, and operational improvements

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent

A strong commitment to delivering exceptional, evidence‑based veterinary medicine

Proven ability to lead, delegate, and develop high‑performing teams

Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

Base salary: $130,000–$175,000, commensurate with experience

Additional production‑based bonuses
