Molex Aerospace & Defense Solutions (ADS) is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Toronto to be a primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating needs across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Production, and Shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.
You will enter orders in ERP, support forecasting, attend meetings, and generate reports to improve responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
