As a Registered Nurse, you will report directly to the Director of Health and Wellness. Your responsibilities will include facilitating care assessments and education, managing medication orders, and supervising unregulated care providers. You'll work closely with residents, their families, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver effective services and respond to changes in resident conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete residents’ care assessments and service plans
• Administer medications and maintain compliance standards




• Supervise unregulated Care Providers’ functions
• Coordinate nursing staff assignments for efficiency
• Manage emergency responses and medical crises

Requirements:
• Current RN registration in the applicable province
• Experience with seniors and care coordination
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
• Education in gerontology or long-term care preferred
• Current Vulnerable Position Screening within 6 months
