Responsibilities include training staff, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and coordinating equipment maintenance. Your expertise in food safety and product manufacturing is crucial to meet R&D; goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lab and pilot plant operations to support project needs
• Train and schedule technicians for seamless workflow
• Develop and improve SOPs in collaboration with scientists
• Oversee equipment maintenance and calibration for efficiency
• Maintain inventory and manage orders for raw materials
Requirements:
• Minimum college diploma in Food Science or related field
• At least 5 years in a food research facility
• Hands-on equipment operation and troubleshooting experience
• Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Valid G2 or G driving license and ability to lift 20 kg
