A Warehouse Worker in this position is responsible for receiving, moving, storing, and dispatching goods, with a focus on heavy lifting, transferring items between work units, and comfortable stocking in freezer environments. The role is physically demanding, requiring stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in temperature-controlled areas. If you enjoy working in restaurants, coffee shops, or fast casual restaurant concepts and you enjoy working physically you'll fit in on our team!Here are a few things you can expect as a Warehouse employee at SSP Canada:Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, check delivery notes against purchase orders, inspect for damage, and record receipts in the warehouse.Heavy Lifting & Moving: Lift, carry, and position heavy goods (often up to 50 lbs or more) and transfer them between storage areas, production lines, or different work unitsGoods Transfer: Move stock between departments or workstations, ensuring accurate placement and secure handlingCold Storage Stocking: Store and retrieve items in freezer sections, following hygiene and safety protocols for cold environmentsPicking & Packing:
