• Manage and approve employee transactions across HR functions
• Validate compensation, benefits, and employment data accurately
• Ensure data quality within Workday and HR systems
• Support payroll by preparing and validating data loads
• Provide guidance and training on HR systems to managers

Requirements:
• College diploma or bachelor's in HR or related field
• Minimum of three years in HR administration
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with timekeeping systems
• Bilingual in English and French
