HealthOPM is recruiting on behalf of a Toronto-based non-profit offering a trauma-informed, live-in treatment program for high-needs youth aged 12-17 who are survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking. The Integrated Care Coordinator provides intake, assessment, clinical support, and treatment groups within 24/7 supervision.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work or health-related discipline, 3+ years of related experience, and skilled registration with OCSWSSW or CRPO.
