As a critical member of the interprofessional care team, you will deliver person-centered nursing care focused on serious mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
• Provide psycho-education to clients and families
• Advocate for clients' rights and promote dignity
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• One year recent mental health experience required
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License preferred
• Robust crisis intervention and communication skills
