At TD, the Manager will support the TD Privately Managed Program, handling over $120 billion in discretionary assets managed by more than 475 Portfolio Managers. This role involves collaborating with various internal stakeholders to improve operations, compliance, and the advisor experience through effective education and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and operate compliance for the PMP program
• Develop process improvements for portfolio managers
• Manage inquiries and escalations through the program mailbox




• Produce quarterly newsletters and program communications
• Oversee onboarding for Associate and Portfolio Managers

Requirements:
• Experience in wealth or investment management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of discretionary portfolio management
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Degree in business or related field preferred
