YWCA Hamilton seeks five permanent Residential Support Workers to help individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Your role includes providing physical and emotional support, managing daily living activities, and maintaining compliance with established standards. Working closely with full time staff and supervisors, you will contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct support services while ensuring resident safety
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility




• Perform required documentation and maintain client files
• Facilitate socialization, recreation, and personal growth programs
• Collaborate effectively with other staff and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Developmental Service Worker Diploma or related qualifications
• 1-2 years’ experience in residential support settings
• Emergency First Aid/CPR Certification
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License required
