You will manage complex calendars and international travel, coordinate meetings and events, process expenses, and help the team operate effectively across global offices and time zones.The TeamCPP Investments' Sustainable Energies Group includes investment professionals working across London, New York, Toronto, Mumbai and São Paulo. Based in Toronto, you will work closely with investment professionals, administrative colleagues, and internal and external partners to support the team's day-to-day activities.AccountabilitiesManage complex calendars, meetings and correspondence for multiple investment professionals across levels and time zonesCoordinate global travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and related logisticsOrganize internal and external meetings, presentations and events in collaboration with colleagues, partners, assistants and vendorsReconcile corporate credit card expenses and submit accurate reports through the Global Expense Reporting SystemPrepare team members for meetings,
track follow-up activities and help ensure action items are carried forwardHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgementCollaborate with administrative colleagues and teams across CPP Investments to manage requests, timelines and deliverablesWhat You BringExperience working in a fast-paced professional workplace and supporting multiple professionals with competing prioritiesDemonstrated experience managing complex calendars, senior-level meetings, events, travel and expense reimbursementStrong organizational and prioritization skills, with close attention to accuracy and detailClear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable mannerProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and calendar-management tools, with an interest in learning new applicationsAdaptability and sound judgement, with the ability to remain composed while managing time-sensitive workFlexibility to adjust working hours when business requirements require support across global time zonesYou are motivated to contribute to something larger than yourself, approach complex challenges with rigor, and hold yourself to high standards in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
