As an Assistant Manager, you will be tasked with a variety of duties including supervising associates and addressing customer concerns. This position requires maintaining cleanliness and equip management while fostering a positive atmosphere. You will also ensure that guests enjoy a protected, enjoyable movie experience through diligent monitoring and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ticket verification and guest comfort
• Ensure film quality and equipment care
• Address guest complaints professionally




• Supervise associates and maintain workplace standards
• Uphold safety protocols throughout the facility
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year supervisory experience required
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, RTS systems preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds
• Pass background check as per Corporate Non-Gaming Suitability Standards
