Provide hands-on training, coaching, and guidance to ensure all team members understand and meet hotel standards.Be Detail-Oriented Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet or exceed expectations. Identify deficiencies, provide feedback, and ensure corrections are completed promptly.Be an Effective Leader Supervise housekeeping staff, assist with training and onboarding, and support performance management through coaching, communication, and accountability. Foster a positive and productive team environment.Be Organized & Efficient Coordinate daily room assignments, track progress, log requests, and ensure timely completion of all housekeeping duties.
