This individual will be managing raw materials for the Meat Production Department.Position: Full-Time, PermanentAddress: 13506 159 Street, Edmonton, AB T5V0C6Available Schedules:1) Monday to Friday. Must be available for the following 2 shifts: 5:00am-1:30pm and 8:00am-4:30pm.2) Monday to Friday. 8:00am-4:30pm.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Manages the input of raw material, making sure that they are being scanned in (weight vs case) as requested.Updating or loading orders and meat cutters at the same time (Inventory what is required).Hauling of the meat demands from cooler to production floor.Maintains the corner/coolers and defrost cleanliness in accordance with HACCP/CFIA regulations.Opening meat/products as needed.Weighing fat, trim, and steak pieces from the cutters using the TI station.When needed,
