In this team lead role, you’ll provide critical HR services while guiding a team of HR Service Centre Coordinators. Your mission includes resolving complex queries, maintaining service standards, and promoting a positive employee experience. You will balance managing your own HR tasks with leading others to ensure consistent service delivery and coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily HR support for designated client groups
• Coach and mentor HR Service Centre Coordinators
• Manage work prioritization and team coverage




• Address complex inquiries as the first point of escalation
• Support onboarding and training for new team members

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in HR Operations or similar support roles
• Experience in a leadership position or coaching capacity
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with HR systems and case management
