Lead innovative advancements in biobanking and genomic sciences as the Director of Molecular Pathology at CCTG-TTDR/QLMP within Queen’s Community. Foster partnerships and optimize biobanking strategy for impactful research.
Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will set the strategic direction for biobanking and correlative sciences. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the growth and relevance of CCTG-TTDR/QLMP by engaging with academic, hospital, and industry partners. Strategic assessments of emerging technologies will be essential to meet evolving research demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct biobanking strategy and innovation initiatives
• Build partnerships with health system and industry stakeholders
• Oversee staff planning and management effectively
• Provide mentoring and tactical advice to teams
• Evaluate and align technologies with regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in biobanking and genomics leadership
• Strong background in strategic assessment and innovation
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to guide teams in a cooperative environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices
