Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise healthcare aides and coordinate resident care tasks
• Support non-clinical duties like meal serving and laundry




• Delegate tasks effectively to the care team
• Lead emergency response protocols within the community
• Document safety concerns and resident progress accurately

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate of a recognized LPN program
• Must be registered with CLPNA in good standing
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear criminal record check including vulnerable sector
